A well-established Forex company based in Ramat Gan is seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee its IT infrastructure, security, and operations. This is a key role in ensuring the smooth running of all technology-related aspects of the business.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and IT security standards. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for employees and trading platforms. Manage IT projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and automation. Collaborate with different departments to ensure IT solutions meet business needs. Monitor and maintain trading platforms, CRM systems, and telephony solutions. Implement and enforce cybersecurity protocols to protect company data. Manage IT vendors and service providers.

Requirements

Previous experience as an IT Manager in the Forex industry is required. Strong knowledge of trading platforms, CRM systems, and payment solutions. Experience with network security, cloud solutions, and data protection. Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the Forex industry. Ability to troubleshoot and solve IT-related issues quickly and efficiently. Fluent in English; Hebrew is an advantage. Must be based in Israel, with the ability to work on-site in Ramat Gan.
