Join the QuickBooks Fintech Group as a Software Engineering Manager, developing the Invoicing & Sales backend platform for Intuit! In this role, you’ll be leading an innovative team that creates the next generation of Intuit’s Fintech platform, helping small and medium businesses to get paid faster. The group is working on new technologies, driving new initiatives used by millions of people. If you love having stretch goals, real-world challenges, and making customers incredibly happy while fostering your obsessive need for perfect code and user experience — this is the job for you. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, UI/UX), lead the strategy, as well as drive the execution and bring it to life. What you'll bring

• 10 plus years’ experience as an established technical leader of software engineering teams that have successfully delivered customer-driven software products focused on API development and platform scalability
• Demonstrated experience leading positive change, empowering people, cultivating product technology visions and innovative solutions by leveraging tools in AI and machine learning, and fostering effective engineering teams. Adept at articulating the product vision and drive the future roadmap with strong business acumen
• Passion for being at the leading edge of technology with a minimum of 8-12 years of hands on software development experience.
• Expertise in the Software design/architecture process.
• Experience with Agile development and methodologies and SaaS technologies.
• Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Preferably - experience working with global teams.
• BSc/MSc in Computer Science or equivalent work-related experience.
