Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Clinic Registered Nurse. The role involves evaluating and documenting patient health conditions, administering medications as prescribed, and developing personalized care plans for patients. The nurse will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient-centered, quality care while educating patients and their families on treatments and preventive health practices. Other responsibilities include maintaining accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and assisting physicians during examinations and procedures when necessary.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills including patient assessment, treatment planning, and clinical decision-making
• Knowledge of patient-centered care practices, medication administration, and standardized healthcare procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient education and team collaboration
• Proficiency in documenting using electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the relevant state or eligibility for licensure

• Prior experience in a clinical setting, telemedicine experience is beneficial
