What You'll Be Doing

• Greeting guests, employees, and visitors at the reception desk.
• Providing ongoing office organization and administrative support.
• Managing office vendors and handling office expenses.
• Coordinating with external entities to ensure smooth office operations and maintenance.
  
  

• A proactive, organized individual who can handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong service orientation and communication skills.
• A person who is comfortable working independently and under pressure.
• Proficiency in Google apps and Excel.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  
  

• Prior experience in office management, administrative roles, or customer service.
• Event coordination experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
