We are looking for a Staff Engineer to join our fantastic team

!As a Staff Engineer, you will report to the engineering director and play a critical role in driving technical excellence across the organization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, lead complex projects, and guide the design and development of scalable, high-performance systems

Responsibilities:

• Lead Complex Projects: Take ownership of complex, multi-stakeholder projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Act as a bridge between product, R&D, and business teams, ensuring alignment of technical and strategic objectives.
• Guide Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and technologies, proactively introducing cutting-edge solutions to enhance system capabilities and team productivity.
• Mentor and Develop Talent: Provide technical mentorship and leadership, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Cloud Expertise: Lead initiatives that leverage cloud environments to deliver robust and cost-efficient solutions.

Requirements:

• At least 8 years of hands-on development experience across 3 commercial organizations.
• Proven experience designing and building high-scale systems using microservices architectures.
• Demonstrated success in leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects and aligning diverse teams towards shared goals.
• Deep understanding of cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their associated services and best practices.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, capable of bridging technical and non-technical audiences effectively.

Advantages:
