Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Analyst to join our team at Union Motors. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing sales data, brand performance, and market trends with various levels of granularity and forecasting based on diverse scenarios. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing sales, inventory, and demand reports, including data-driven recommendations.
• Monitoring and analyzing performance against targets and proposing improvements.
• Analyzing surveys and drawing conclusions related to customer satisfaction, purchasing experience, and service.
• Managing the survey system—maintenance, analyzing results, and communicating insights to relevant stakeholders.
• Presenting metrics to the Network Manager and other interfaces through reports and presentations.
• Collaborating with sales and operations departments to streamline processes.
• Preparing data and performing data analysis in preparation for headquarters meetings.
• Analyzing sales activities comprehensively, both from the network and model perspectives.
• Working with the SPD department to support analyses and metrics.
• Supporting the sales department, including generating reports on all departmental activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or a relevant field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a sales analyst role or similar position.
• Proficiency in Excel and BI tools.
• Experience with CRM systems and survey systems is a significant advantage.
• High proficiency in English—reading, writing, and speaking.
• Strong presentation skills and proficiency in PowerPoint.
