You will oversee strategic data projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and be responsible for establishing robust data governance frameworks across the organization. This role involves driving the creation of a single source of truth for company data, enhancing data transparency, and ensuring the seamless integration of data products that are both user-friendly and aligned with business needs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders, to ensure data integrity and consistency throughout the product lifecycle

.● Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Data Product Managers, providing strategic direction, support, and fostering a collaborative environment

.● Oversee the execution of data product strategies across various business areas, ensuring they align with the overall business goals

.● Drive the adoption of best practices in data management, governance, and product development within the team

.● Lead and manage key data initiatives, including the mapping and defining of data needs, establishing a single source of truth for the company, and building a transparent and user-friendly business view

.● Oversee the development and implementation of data conventions, collection requirements, and naming standards across all processes and products

.● Ensure that data products are designed to be intuitive, user-friendly, and meet the needs of target users while maintaining high data quality standards

.● Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between data product managers and other cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business teams

.● Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that data-related initiatives are aligned with broader business goals and product objectives

.● Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging data technologies, and best practices in data governance and product management

.● Analyze data to identify areas for improvement, implement necessary changes, and ensure the timely and high-quality execution of data-related projects

Requirement

s:● Minimum of 6 years of experience in data product management, data governance, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership rol
