Marcom Manager

We're looking for our next Marcom Manager to lead the brand's visual and communication presence across all digital platforms. If you have a passion for design, creative thinking, and the ability to bring ideas to life with Hands-On work – we want you on our team!

What will you be doing?

• Full responsibility for the brand's visual identity across all channels – social media, newsletters, digital campaigns, and customer communications.
• Hands-On design and creation of visual content using Canva and other tools, including the use of advanced AI tools to streamline work processes and produce innovative materials.
• Creation and development of high-quality visual and written content – posts, newsletters, banners, and marketing materials.
• Leading branding processes and implementing a consistent visual language across all customer touchpoints.
• Constantly seeking new media and advertising tools to expand brand exposure and engagement with target audiences.
• Managing a small team of employees, including task distribution, professional supervision, and team training to create content aligned with the brand language.
• Ongoing collaboration with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure precise and creative marketing communication.

What are we looking for?

• At least 3 years of experience in a Marcom or graphic design role in the digital world – mandatory.
• Full proficiency in Canva and other design tools – mandatory.
• Experience working with AI tools for design and content creation – significant advantage.
• Experience in team management – advantage.
• High-level marketing writing skills in Hebrew and English.
• Creative, innovative thinking and passion for brands and digital media.
• Ability to work independently alongside teamwork, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
