Mid-Junior Product Manager Position

Based in Tel Aviv, Barcelona, Korea and Mexico, our experts at Thing Or Two use in-house AI technology and data analytics to build scalable, ROI-positive campaigns. We work across all channels necessary to create a comprehensive digital strategy, bringing our customers closer to their business goals.

As a Product Manager in our Tech department, you will be responsible for defining and building a product roadmap, working with cross-functional teams, and helping us revolutionize every aspect of the product development process.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

• Help define the product roadmap, aligning it with company goals and customer needs.
• Oversee the entire process of feature development from planning to QA and feedback after release.
• Drive the vision for ideal user experiences within the platform.
• Collaborate closely with developers, design, and marketing teams to build and launch innovative product features.
• Prioritize feature development based on customer feedback, market trends, and business impact.
• Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer requirements to identify opportunities for growth.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of products using project management methodologies.
• Maintain detailed and clear product documentation, including specifications, workflows, and feature designs.
• Gather all the necessary information with relevant people to continue improving and building our internal platform.
• Improve and refine existing products, creating plans to complete them successfully.
• Be actively involved in the creation process, maintaining contact with the team to meet goals and deadlines.
• Define and track success metrics to ensure the timely completion of products without cost overruns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Sciences (Math, Physics, etc.), Statistics, or a similar field, or equivalent experience.
• Background in QA.
• Fluent in English.
• Product Management course
• At least 1 year of experience as a Product Manager.
• Understanding of the mobile performance ecosystem (advantageous, but not a must).
