Structuring and Tax Planning Expert

We are looking for a dedicated Tax and Structuring Expert to join our team. If you are passionate about tax planning, structuring strategies, and working with top legal and financial experts, this role is for you! You'll help our clients optimize their tax strategies, manage compliance, and create innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research & Analysis: Dive deep into tax laws, regulations, and market trends to provide smart, data-driven recommendations.
• Tax Strategy & Structuring: Help design and implement tailored tax strategies and corporate structures that meet our clients' needs while minimizing taxes and ensuring legal compliance.
• Funds & Trusts: Support the setup and coordination of funds and trusts as part of our structuring services.
• Documentation Review: Prepare and review key documents to ensure they align with tax laws and regulations.
• Client Communication: Explain complex tax information in a clear and simple way to clients and colleagues.
• Monitor Legislation: Stay up-to-date on tax law changes and understand their impact on client strategies.
• Relationship Building: Develop strong working relationships with clients, external advisors, and tax authorities.

Qualifications:

• Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex tax information.
• Experience in tax planning, strategy, and corporate structuring is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Russian.
• Detail-oriented, with a high level of professionalism in managing documentation.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes in tax laws and client needs.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Accounting, or a related field.
• Eagerness to learn and provide expert insights based on your research and analysis.
