Cloud Services Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Services Manager to lead the engineering planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of our cloud services. This role includes managing projects, providing customer support, and ensuring the overall performance and security of cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full responsibility for all cloud services, including infrastructure, computing, storage, backup, billing, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Overseeing and managing the NOC, ensuring 24/7/365 customer support.
• Leading the implementation of projects with customers and internal teams.
• Managing and maintaining existing services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, DRaaS, BUaaS, GPUaaS) while planning and establishing new services.
• Engineering planning and leadership in procurement and service construction.
• Negotiating with suppliers to optimize service delivery and cost efficiency.

Reporting To: VP of Technology and Business Development

Requirements

• At least 7 years of proven experience managing technical teams in computing, communications, and cybersecurity.
• Relevant managerial and technological education.
• In-depth knowledge and certifications in Broadcom (formerly VMware) cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and networking.
• Strong familiarity with storage and backup solutions.
• Ability to lead engineering planning, procurement, and service deployment.
• Strong negotiation skills with suppliers.
• High-level service orientation and availability.
• Excellent English skills (written and spoken).

Advantageous:

• Experience with public cloud services.
• Hands-on experience with VMware VCD, Veeam, HPE Zerto solutions.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration.
• DevOps, Presales, or Sales background.
