Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop our Sales team
• Devise and implement sales strategies to attract new customers
• Provide mentoring, training, and professional management to your team
• Motivate the team to meet and exceed their sales targets
• Actively participate in sales activities and close deals
• Oversee routine management tasks, provide feedback, and ensure employee satisfaction and retention
• Conduct market analyses to identify new business opportunities

What you bring to the table:

• 2+ years of experience in professional and personal management of employees
• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales
• Proven experience managing remote teams (mandatory)
• Fluent English (mandatory)
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and Sales Navigator (a strong advantage)
• An understanding of the technology sector and a passion for it (a plus)
