Innovation Incubation Lead

Clalit Innovation is leading the transformation of healthcare innovation within Israel's largest healthcare organization. We are looking for an Innovation Incubation Lead to join our team and play a critical role in supporting entrepreneurs across the organization and develop innovative solutions that address key changes faced by patients and healthcare providers.

This role is hands-on, requiring strong problem-solving skills, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and the ability to drive forward and execute initiatives in complex organizational environments.

This is a full-time, hybrid position.

What will your day look like?

• Working with internal entrepreneurs through the early stages of solution development - from problem discovery, ideation, and prototyping of proof-of-concept (POC) validation and pilot implementation
• Conducting research (qualitative and quantitative) to define needs, analyze problems, and shape impactful innovation projects.
• Facilitating innovation processes, including design thinking processes, lean experimentation and feasibility studies.
• Building strong partnerships with key internal stakeholders across departments (clinicians, administrators, IT, logistics, etc.)
• Driving the execution of pilot projects, ensuring measurable outcomes and alignment with organizational priorities.

• Experienced in innovation methodologies, including design thinking, lean startup, and agile development.

• Hands-on and action-oriented, comfortable working in ambiguous environments and driving projects from ideation to implementation.
• A strong communicator, fluent in Hebrew and English, skilled in presenting ideas and influencing stakeholders.
• A strategic and creative problem solver, with a deep understanding of technology, data, and product development processes.
• A self-starter, who thrives in a hybrid work setting and takes ownership of complex initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years experience in leading incubation processes of innovative products, services and processes.
• 3+ years of experience in leading innovation projects in a corporate, healthcare, or technology environment
• Deep familiarity with digital product development (though this is not a product management role)
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working within large, complex organizations.
• Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, including qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Experience in healthcare innovation - a strong advantage.
