We are looking for Hands-on Architect to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and technically lead the development of IRONSCALES cloud-based, secure, scalable, and high-performance core solutions
• Architect and optimize systems for massive scale, ensuring accurate threat detection and response, low-latency processing, robust integration with third party systems and efficient resource utilization.
• Become a subject matter expert on architecture, provide technical leadership to the engineering team, guiding architecture decisions and best practices in software development, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineers, and Operations teams to align architecture and development goals with the broader company vision and plans.
• BSc in Computer Science or Software Engineering
• 8+ years of backend development – a must
• 3+ years of technical leadership and architecture experience – a must
• 2+ years’ experience in Python – a must
• Experience with public cloud, multi-tenant SaaS system, K8S, PostgreSQL, NoSQL, Micro-Services architecture and development – a must
• Experience with an Agile culture – a must
• Experience with Cassandra, Elasticsearch, Redis, Python Django, RabbitMQ, AWS – an advantage
