Senior Project Program Manager

Stratica is hiring a Senior Project Program Manager.

Location: Central Israel, Hybrid model

**Experience in financial organizations is a must.**

Job Description:

🎯 Lead a large cross-organizational project in the Technology Division.

🎯 Work closely with other project managers, architects, and all technical stakeholders within the Information Systems department.

🎯 Gather and evaluate business requirements, and develop appropriate technological solutions.

🎯 Develop and manage a work plan alongside development teams and PMO, handling project gant charts and risks.

🎯 Drive and manage a matrix structure for all stakeholders involved in the project, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and project budget.

Requirements:

🎯 At least 5-7 years of experience managing large technological projects, with proven experience in managing complex programs/projects – a must.

🎯 Experience managing multiple work packages in parallel on a project – a must.

🎯 Experience working in a financial organization for at least 3-5 years – a must.

🎯 Experience working in an agile environment – an advantage.

🎯 Strong interpersonal skills and experience in matrix management, ensuring teams remain focused on achieving objectives.

🎯 Relevant academic background: Bachelor’s degree in a technological field (Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, etc.).
