מה תעשה בתפקיד? Hands-on לא רק תכנון

✅ תפתח ותייעל מערכות סטרימינג בזמן אמת – אודיו (חובה), וידאו (יתרון), או תקשורת מבוזרת.

✅ תתמודד עם אתגרי זמן אמת: הורדת Latency, שיפור איכות סטרימינג, וזיהוי צווארי בקבוק.

✅ תעבוד על אופטימיזציה של מערכות WebRTC, WebSockets, RTP, gRPC, DASH או HLS -

✅ תיישם אלגוריתמים מתקדמים לעיבוד אודיו/וידאו לשיפור איכות ושיהוי

✅ תשתף פעולה עם צוותי Frontend (React) וצוותי Backend (Node.js, TypeScript) כדי לייצר חוויית זמן אמת חלקה.

✅ תבנה ארכיטקטורות מבוזרות בענן (AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, Microservices, Redis)

✅ תשלב AI לעיבוד אותות, חיזוי ביצועים ושיפור חוויית המשתמש.

מי אנחנו מחפשים?

🚀 מישהו שאוהב לקודד ולפתור בעיות בעצמו – Hands-on אמיתי.

🚀 ניסיון של 5+ שנים בפיתוח מערכות סטרימינג / זמן אמת / תקשורת מבוזרת.

🚀 שליטה ב-Python, C++, Rust או Go בסביבות עתירות ביצועים.

🚀 ניסיון בסטרימינג אודיו/וידאו בזמן אמת – WebRTC, RTP, HLS, DASH, WebSockets.

🚀 יכולת להוריד Latency, לבצע Debugging, ולמטב ביצועים במערכות מבוזרות.

🚀 ניסיון ב-Node.js (NestJS/Express), GraphQL, WebSockets – יתרון.

🚀 ניסיון עם תשתיות ענן (AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ).

🚀 ידע בעיבוד אותות / חישוב מקבילי / תקשורת מבוזרת – יתרון גדול.

 Senior Systems Engineer – Streaming, Real-Time & AI | ByondPitch

At ByondPitch, we are building the future of real-time communication with AI-driven streaming and distributed cloud architectures.

If you are a hands-on engineer who loves solving complex problems, optimizing performance, and building large-scale real-time systems – we want you on our team!

What You'll Do – Hands-on, Not Just Planning:

✅ Develop and optimize real-time streaming systems – Audio (mandatory), Video (preferred), or Distributed Communication.

✅ Tackle real-time challenges: reduce latency, improve streaming quality, and identify bottlenecks.

✅ Optimize WebRTC, WebSockets, RTP, gRPC, DASH, or HLS-based systems.

✅ Implement advanced algorithms for audio/video processing to enhance quality and minimize latency.

✅ Collaborate with Frontend (React) and Backend (Node.js, TypeScript) teams to create a seamless real-time experience.

✅ Design and build scalable cloud architectures (AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, Microservices, Redis).

✅ Integrate AI for signal processing, performance prediction, and real-time user experience optimization.

Who We're Looking For:

🚀 A true hands-on engineer who loves coding and solving problems.

🚀 5+ years of experience in real-time streaming, distributed systems, or communication protocols.

🚀 Proficiency in Python, C++, Rust, or Go in high-performance environments.

🚀 Experience with real-time audio/video streaming – WebRTC, RTP, HLS, DASH, WebSockets.

🚀 Ability to debug, reduce latency, and optimize performance in large-scale distributed systems.

🚀 Experience with Node.js (NestJS/Express), GraphQL, WebSockets – a plus.

🚀 Cloud infrastructure experience – AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ.

🚀 Knowledge in signal processing, parallel computing, or distributed communication – a big advantage.

🚀 Experience in AI-driven data processing – a significant plus.
