Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely, professional, and efficient support via email, phone, and chat.
- Monitor social media channels to track brand reputation and customer sentiment.
- Manage brand reputation by addressing feedback and escalating issues as needed.
- Draft and distribute press releases to maintain public relations and brand image.
- Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure issue resolution.
- Develop and maintain communication materials, including FAQs, user guides, and help documentation.
- Track, analyze, and report customer feedback and support trends to improve processes.
- Manage internal and external communication to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Assist in the implementation of customer support tools and strategies.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in a support or communication-focused role.
- Native-level English proficiency with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software such as HubSpot or Salesforce, and chat support tools like Intercom.
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a fintech-driven environment.
- Multilingual abilities (preferred but not required).
