Senior User Experience Designer

A FinTech American company is looking for a UX/UI Designer II.

Duties:

• Designs html prototypes, visual interfaces and interaction of web-based applications.
• Designs and evaluates visual human interfaces utilizing user-centered design principles.
• Implements the user interface design. 
• Works with the product development team to design online user experiences.
• Ensures user experience is formulated to achieve the goals of the online entity.

Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in interaction design, product design, service design, or related field.
• Knowledge and experience with driving and applying user-centered design processes while working collaboratively with customers, along with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and user research.
• Seasoned in Agile development processes.
• Experience working in technically complex initiatives and can marry user experiences with technical architecture.
• Deep knowledge of user experiences methods, innovation, ideation, storytelling, prototyping, design frameworks, concept visualization, problem-framing skills and design principles.
• Understanding and leveraging systems thinking to define end-to-end, platform-centric experiences. Prior experience in a platform team is a plus. - Proven track record in setting a vision for great customer experiences, inspiring others to get behind the vision, and ultimately delivering products and services that are known for their delightful experience and ease of use.
• Exemplary ability to build positive, collaborative relationships across teams/groups/functions through facilitative leadership to deliver great results and to "raise the bar" continually as an effective leader of positive change.
• Organized, self-directed, efficient and able to manage multiple complex projects in a timely manner. A passion for creating products that resonate on an emotional level.
