Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Media Buyer & Campaign Manager to join our team in Tel Aviv. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketing professional with a strong background in Google Ads, PPC search campaigns, and large-scale media buying. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing high-budget campaigns, optimizing performance through automation and AI-driven tools, and ensuring the achievement of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute media buying strategies across multiple platforms.
• Manage and optimize campaigns with multi-million-dollar budgets.
• Analyze campaign performance, utilizing data-driven insights to improve ROI.
• Leverage automation and AI tools to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including analytics and creative, to refine media strategies.
• Negotiate and purchase advertising space, ensuring cost-effective media investments.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in digital advertising.

Qualifications & Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads, with a focus on PPC search campaigns.
• Proven track record in media buying and media planning, including comparison sites.
• Strong analytical skills for campaign evaluation, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
• Expertise in automation and AI-driven marketing tools for media optimization.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships.
• In-depth knowledge of various media channels and digital platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in a senior or leadership role in media buying is a plus.
