About the Role:

As a Structured Finance Analyst, you’ll play a key role in evaluating and structuring sophisticated credit transactions, with a strong focus on international real estate deals (primarily in the US, UK, and Europe). This is an exceptional opportunity to work alongside industry experts, gain hands-on exposure to cross-border transactions, and become a key player in one of the organization’s strategic growth engines.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Conducting financial analysis for complex credit requests, with emphasis on global real estate transactions.

🔹 Writing comprehensive credit proposals and reviewing amendments to existing credit terms.

🔹 Performing debt capacity analysis, cash flow modeling, coverage ratios, and internal rate of return (IRR) calculations.

🔹 Performing pre-closing due diligence and preparing transaction reviews.

🔹 Conducting valuations and internal credit ratings for companies.

🔹 Collaborating with appraisers and valuation experts to validate property and company valuations.

🔹 Periodic credit monitoring and rating updates.

🔹 Managing ongoing tasks such as tracking, reporting, data submissions, and more.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or Statistics from a recognized academic institution (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Proven experience of 3-5 years as a credit analyst or economic consulting roles at leading firms – mandatory.
• Strong financial literacy and business acumen.
• Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong interpersonal and service orientation skills.
• High-level English proficiency – including the ability to negotiate, review contracts, and draft professional correspondence.
• Legal knowledge – an advantage.
