Information Systems Implementer

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Information Systems Implementer to lead the implementation and integration of our new PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) system and support our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system. In this role, you will provide technical support, assist in system configuration, deliver user training, and contribute to the ongoing development and optimization of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and integration of the PLM system across the organization on behalf of the IT Department.
• Provide technical support for the setup, configuration, and optimization of the PLM system.
• Assist in the implementation of the ERP system, addressing end-user requirements and delivering tailored solutions.
• Conduct individual and group training sessions for system users, ensuring effective system adoption.
• Offer ongoing support in the development, maintenance, and operation of organizational systems.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree or relevant certifications in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering.
• Strong understanding of system architecture with the ability to analyze and interpret system requirements.
• Deep knowledge of business processes and their integration with IT systems.
• Proficiency in both Hebrew and English (written and spoken).
• Advanced proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Confidence in presenting and delivering training sessions to both individuals and groups.
• Previous experience with ERP/PLM systems, databases, and related technologies is highly desirable.
