Responsible for external financial reporting of a public company per US GAAP and other special projects.

What will your job look like?

• Prepare and file external financial reports, including 20-F and 6-K filings in compliance with SEC requirements
• Responsible for Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Financial Reports of the Company
• Monitor and implement new US GAAP accounting standards; lead training sessions and expected to provide financial and accounting support to focal points in the organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Assist in developing and improving reporting processes and internal controls
• First interface with our external auditor
  
  

• CPA
• 3+ years of relevant experience in external reporting, preferably in a public company or Big 4 firm.
• Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
• Good knowledge in excel
• Strong communication skills, ability to work with employees in higher levels in the organization
• Self-motivated, proactive learner with excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to work effectively under tight time-tables
