Work Location: Israel, Remote

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Technical Support Leader, you will be responsible for:

• Providing an excellent customer experience at all times.
• Provide support to Hebrew-speaking clients.
• Accurately keeping tickets up to date, informative, and clear.
• Log Analysis with Elasticsearch
• Familiarity with Message Brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka)
• Liaising with developers and other GREAN-API teams to resolve customer issues.

• Strong written and spoken Hebrew communication skills.
• Fluent in English, Russian, or both.
• Experience with programming languages.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A degree in a relevant discipline or industry qualifications would also be extremely beneficial.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
