What You Will Be Doing

• Lead the Process Quality team, providing direction and support.
• Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards (e.g., ISO).
• Define and implement standards and procedures for product and material inspections and testing.
• Maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) compliance.
• Identify and address process quality issues, implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and product quality.
• Use quality tools like Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing for continuous improvement.
• Conduct audits and prepare for external assessments.
• Maintain records of audits, findings, and corrective actions.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and improvement areas.
• Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior management.
• Develop and deliver training on quality assurance processes and standards.
• Foster a culture of quality awareness and improvement.
  
  

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance and managerial role.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience working with regulatory standards such as FDA (21 CFR Part 820), ISO 13485, ISO9001 and EU MDR 2017/745.
• Basic knowledge in continuous improvement methodologies and tools such as Six Sigma, Gauge R&Rs, etc
