Marketing & Sales Back-Office Administrator

EasyCMM Ltd, a leader in the metrology industry, is looking for a dynamic Marketing & Sales Back-Office Administrator to join our growing team. We specialize in innovative solutions for the Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) sector, empowering industries such as automotive, aerospace, military, medical, and precision machining. Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Administration: Assist the sales team with order processing, quotations, invoicing, and CRM management. Support logistics and finance for smooth order fulfillment and track sales reports and forecasts.
• Marketing Support: Help execute marketing campaigns (email, digital, and offline), manage website content, and support trade shows, exhibitions, and webinars.
• Customer After-Sales Support: Handle customer service requests, delegate tasks to the technical support team, and follow up to ensure timely resolutions.
• General Administration: Assist with sales presentations, documentation, and internal coordination between teams.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in sales support, marketing administration, or similar roles.
• Proficiency with CRM (e.g., PipeDrive), ERP systems (Priority), MS Office, and basic website updates (WordPress).
• Experience with digital marketing tools like Google Ads, SEO, and LinkedIn campaigns is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
