System Engineer Team Lead

Role Overview:

Cellebrite is looking for an experienced IT professional to join our IT Team. The IT team is focused on the deployment, upgrade and maintenance of servers, storage and networking technologies, Office 365 administration, operating systems, and productivity tools to support our existing and new infrastructure in the Datacenter and in the Cloud. You will design and implement upgrades, develop infrastructure, manage and automate recurring tasks and perform periodic IT and performance audits. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong technical background and excellent team management skills. You will be working in a demanding, fast-paced environment, you will need exceptional technical expertise, initiative, strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the IT systems team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
• Manage and monitor Cellebrite's endpoint, server, and storage infrastructure (on-prem and cloud).
• Manage Office 365 administration, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Oversee the deployment and management of productivity tools and software.
• Maintain various operating systems (Windows, Linux, MAC).
• Install, configure, test, and maintain OS, applications, and system tools.
• Ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
• Providing tier-3 IT support to different business units within Cellebrite.
• Provide solution to any complex IT related challenges in the organization.
• Perform regular IT audit to discover areas of weaknesses and fortify them.
• Work alongside other departments to achieve company goals and visions.
• Adopt DevOps practices to drive the use of automation to simplify routine tasks.
• Identify and implement process improvements and new technologies.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand and address their IT needs.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies.

Requirements:

• Proven 4 years experience in a leadership role as IT systems/Devops Team Lead
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of IT security best practices.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Proven experience in project management and tech integration.
• At least 3 years hands-on experience with VMware vSphere installation, management, design and implementation
• At least 3 years hands-on experience with Windows servers, and various Linux distributions: CentOS, RedHat, Ubuntu installation and administration
• At least 3 years hands-on experience with server environments of at least 100 physical servers
• At least 3 years hands-on experience with managing, maintaining and monitoring a Microsoft server infrastructure, including services such as Active Directory, GPO, DNS and DHCP
• Hands-on experience with storage devices NAS/SAN: NetApp, QNAP, FreeNAS
• Hands-on experience with Amazon AWS Cloud, including launching and managing EC2 instances, configuring VPC, working with AMI’s and administering S3 Storage
• Proven Scripting capabilities (PowerShell, Bash, Batch)
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hebrew
• Hands-on experience with Backup and DR technologies
• Experience with automation technologies such as VMware vRealize and VMware vRO
• Experience with AWS/Azure
• VCP / CCNA / MCSE Certifications
