UX/UI Designer

A leading global tech company is looking for a talented and experienced UX/UI Designer to help shape the experience of complex, developer-focused products. This role requires a deep understanding of design for SaaS, internal tools, back-office systems, and developer platforms. You'll work closely with engineers and product teams to solve complex problems and create intuitive experiences for developers building scripts and automation.

🎯 What You’ll Do:

✅ Design seamless user experiences for complex, technical systems

✅ Work in a cross-location, global team – collaborating with colleagues in different time zones, including evening meetings with the U.S.

✅ Partner closely with developers, understanding technical constraints and finding creative UX solutions

✅ Utilize Figma and work with the company’s existing design system

✅ Apply user-centered design principles to enhance workflows in admin tools, back-office systems, and developer environments

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

📌 4-5 years of UX/UI experience, preferably in SaaS, internal tools, or complex enterprise systems

📌 Strong collaboration skills – ability to work closely with engineers and solve UX challenges in highly technical environments

📌 Fluent English – must be comfortable communicating and presenting in English, including working with U.S.-based teams

📌 Experience designing for developer tools, internal platforms, or enterprise solutions

📌 Comfortable with Figma and design systems
