located in the heart of Jaffa, is looking for a dedicated and motivated Reservation Agent to join our dynamic reservations team! 🌟
Key Responsibilities:
📞 Handling phone inquiries
📅 Creating and updating and upselling reservations in the system
📧 Sending booking confirmations
📝 Ongoing administrative tasks
Job Requirements:
✔️ Fluent in Hebrew and English. )Additional languages are a plus(.
✔️ Experience in the hotel industry.
✔️ Knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
✔️ Service-oriented, friendly, and highly motivated to succeed.
