Manufacturing Quality Engineer

Highcon is seeking a Manufacturing and Quality Engineer to join our team and drive efficiency, quality, and improve our production processes. In this role, you will be responsible for improving manufacturing methods, optimizing workflows, and ensuring that our products meet high-quality standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and implement cutting-edge quality and manufacturing technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible on inhouse production and quality process and tern-key suppliers.
• Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and product quality.
• Managing and maintaining Production BOM, drawing changes, critical components and EOL.
• Member of the MRB team as the technical leader. Lead investigations, and corrective actions (including DOA).
• Assures product quality by owning Incoming Inspection engineering instructions.
• Collaboration with R&D and Service teams on design improvements, DOAs investigations, product reliability, field team feedback, and quality improvement.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Implement and support lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Leading Suppliers' engineering problem-solving and manufacturing engineering supervision to ensure product quality and specifications fulfillment.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and drive improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering –must
• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role in Multidisciplinary machines- must
• 3-5 years of experience in SolidWorks and PDM- must
• Proven knowledge with complexed BOM managing and converting EBOM into PBOM.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process improvement methodologies.
• Experience with suppliers and subcontractors engineering support – advance
• Experience in quality process – advance
