IT Project Manager with POWER BI Expertise

A leading real estate company in the Tel Aviv area is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee technology projects, from defining needs with department managers to coordinating with vendors and implementing solutions within the organization.

Additionally, the role includes managing hardware procurement processes and serving as the primary IT liaison with an outsourced IT service provider.

Job Description:

Responsible for managing and leading technological projects within the organization, from defining processes and interfaces in existing systems, working with vendors, to implementing technological solutions.

The role includes defining dashboards and reports in POWER BI, specifying interfaces in the investor and investment management system, identifying relevant technologies for the organization, and managing cross-organizational technological processes.

Additionally, the position involves centralized management of hardware procurement and serving as the primary liaison with the outsourced IT service provider.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and analyze technological processes in collaboration with department managers to identify appropriate solutions.
• Design and develop dashboards and reports in POWER BI to enhance data management and reporting.
• Define screens and interfaces in the investor and investment management system.
• Research and evaluate external technological solutions for organizational needs.
• Plan and execute end-to-end technological projects, including:
• Requirement analysis.
• Timeline planning and execution tracking.
• Monitoring and controlling project progress.
• Coordinate and oversee technological processes with external vendors and strategic partners.
• Centralized management of hardware procurement (computers, servers, networking equipment, etc.), including budget planning, vendor negotiations, and contract management.
• Direct collaboration with the outsourced IT provider, including:
• Managing ongoing technological processes.
• Troubleshooting IT-related issues.
• Driving technological innovation in line with business needs.
• Ensure service quality provided by external technology partners.
• Project documentation and reporting to senior management.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in IT project management.
• Relevant academic degree.
• Significant advantage: Experience in data modeling, connecting to data sources, and building business models in POWER BI.
• Experience working with IT systems and defining technological needs.
• Ability to manage technology vendors and hardware procurement.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills both internally and externally.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
