Technical Recruiter

The winning recruitment team at SQLINK Group is looking for a Technical Recruiter.

Our office is located in Ramat Gan (close to a train station) and the position is full-time.

We provide training and professional guidance.

Responsibilities:

-Source resumes and screencasts from various platforms

-Conduct initial phone interviews with candidates to assess skills and fit

- Match candidates to appropriate positions in the technology industry

-Collaborate with the recruitment team to streamline processes

-Maintain and update candidate records in our database

-Assist in developing job descriptions and recruitment strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in social sciences / behavioral sciences

• Availability for a full-time position
