Enterprise Account Executive
We are a fast-growing early-stage Israeli startup revolutionizing customer service centers by transforming them from cost centers into profit centers. Backed by an $11M seed round and powered by cutting-edge AI and large language models (LLMs), our proprietary technology optimizes internal business processes, significantly improving efficiency and profitability for our clients.
We are seeking a results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by building and nurturing relationships with potential clients, closing deals, and representing our innovative AI-driven solutions.
Responsibilities:- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation, deal closure, and account growth.
- Engage with key decision-makers and stakeholders, including C-level executives, to understand their business needs.
- Clearly communicate the value of our AI-driven solutions and how they enhance business operations and customer experiences.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales approach to exceed revenue targets.
- Work closely with SDRs to optimize outreach efforts and ensure a steady pipeline.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and provide valuable insights for product development and marketing.
- 3-5 years of experience in a quota-carrying role within an enterprise software sales organization.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets at a B2B SaaS startup (serving U.S. customers).
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills (native or fluent English).
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to ensure deals progress efficiently.
- Passion for technology, innovation, and the ability to quickly understand complex concepts.
- Experience in retail SaaS B2B or customer support tech is a plus.
- Willingness to work U.S. business hours.
