Automated Test Equipment Team Leader

A long-established and stable technology company, is looking for an an Automated Test Equipment Team Leader.

The job includes:

*Lead the Automated Test Equipment (ATE) team in developing and maintaining automated testing solutions for various motion control products.

*Supervise and mentor team members.

*Collaborate with design and engineering teams to define test requirements and specifications for new products.

*Develop and execute test strategies to validate product performance and reliability.

*Implement best practices in automated testing methodologies to enhance productivity and reduce time to market.

*Monitor project timelines and budgets.

*Report on team progress and test results to senior management.

Requirments:

*Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

*At least 5 years of experience in automated test equipment development and testing.

*At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or team management role - Advantage.

*Proficient in programming languages such as Python, C++, or LabVIEW for test automation.

*Strong understanding of motion control systems and testing methodologies.

*Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
