The Purchasing Specialist is a critical role within the Purchasing department that oversees various purchasing areas such as Marketing, Sales, HR, Facilities, Finance, and more. As a Purchasing Specialist, you will be:

A trusted business value enabler who understands the business requirements
The direct interface between Check Point teams and WW vendors
Performing market assessment and intelligence gathering to achieve the best commercial and legal terms

Key Responsibilities

Plan, Execute and manage multiple purchasing projects and requisitions (cost reduction & process improvement projects)
Negotiation with vendors, analyzing market trends, initiating price lists, dealing with complex and challenging contracts
Purchase orders issuance, Invoice approval management, plan and track operational recurring costs globally

Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in procurement roles, project management, or equivalent industry
High knowledge of office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Negotiation capabilities
ERP knowledge (preferably SAP) – an advantage
B.A/LL.B - an advantage (preferably in Economics, Accounting, Law, or Business)
