CRM Project Manager

What Will You Do in This Role?

We are looking for a Salesforce Project Manager or a Senior Salesforce Analyst seeking their next challenge. This role involves managing, implementing, and overseeing projects within information systems.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce management and development, a deep understanding of business processes, and the ability to align technological solutions with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Lead Salesforce projects from initiation to completion, including hands-on implementation, while ensuring timely delivery and success.

✔ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

✔ Guide and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and continuous learning environment.

✔ Drive continuous improvement of technologies and processes to enhance system performance and efficiency.

✔ Take ownership of the Commissions system, including its business logic and implementation.

Job Requirements:

🔹 2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator

🔹 At least 2 years of experience in Project Management within Information Systems or as a Senior Salesforce Analyst

🔹 Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal, in English and Hebrew

🔹 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Engineering or a related field – Mandatory

🔹 High-level English proficiency (spoken and written) – Mandatory
