The Counseling Center for Women is a longstanding nonprofit organization dedicated to providing high-quality, subsidized psychotherapy from a feminist perspective to women from all walks of life in Israel.

We are seeking a Resource Development Manager to lead our fundraising efforts and strengthen our financial

sustainability.

📍 Position Details:

• Employment type: 80% hybrid position (three days a week in our Ramat Gan office, one day remote)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the organization’s annual fundraising strategy to meet financial goals.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with donors, foundations, and corporate partners.
• Write grant proposals and reports in both English and Hebrew.
• Initiate and oversee new fundraising initiatives.
• Create and maintain marketing and promotional materials for fundraising efforts.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English at a native level (both written and spoken).
• Proven experience in fundraising and donor relations.
• Passion for the organization's mission and values.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
