Lead MLOps Platform Developer - Remote

The company is building an advanced AI product that deploys AI in the real world. In this role, you will:

- Develop an ecosystem and tools that support advanced machine learning research and facilitate the deployment of large-scale ML models at the leading edge of scientific discovery.

- Design, build, and oversee cloud infrastructure that supports every phase of the ML model lifecycle, including research, training, and production inference.

- Establish and maintain efficient processes and tools to ensure the smooth operational management of both research and production software systems.

- Collaborate closely with a wide range of teams, including science, research, product development, business development, and operations, to drive impactful outcomes.

- Play a key role in making fundamental technical decisions, such as selecting appropriate tools, infrastructure, and architectural designs.

Requirements:

- 6+ years in MLOps, infrastructure, or related fields.

- Strong Python & Bash scripting skills.

- Experience with MLflow, Weights & Biases (required).

- Expertise in cloud platforms, Terraform, CI/CD, containers, and monitoring tools like Grafana.

Fully remote, Israel time zone, (optional WeWork) and requirement of 4 days per month in Paris.
