QA Automation Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Automation Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks to ensure the highest level of software quality. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify potential issues, improve test coverage, and enhance the overall reliability of our products.

As a QA Automation Developer, you will play a key role in streamlining testing processes, implementing automation best practices, and contributing to the stability and scalability of our systems. Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain automated test scripts for web and backend applications.
• Collaborate with development teams to design test strategies that ensure robust software quality.
• Identify, analyze, and document defects, working closely with developers to resolve issues efficiently.
• Enhance and optimize automation frameworks to improve test execution and reporting.
• Conduct performance, security, and regression testing to validate software stability.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable faster and more reliable releases.
• Continuously research and implement new testing tools and methodologies.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in QA or test automation with a focus on software development and testing.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience writing automation scripts using JavaScript or Python.
• Experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD processes and experience integrating test automation into pipelines.
• Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman, RestAssured, or similar.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud-based testing platforms (e.g., AWS Device Farm, Sauce Labs).
• Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling).
• Familiarity with containerized environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
