Physicist (Optical Microscopy)

We are seeking a highly talented and motivated Physicist to join our R&D team in building the next-generation optical microscopy system.

Physicists in our team are responsible for designing and developing optical scanning microscopy systems and detectors.

What you'll be doing:

• Be part of a R&D development team working on the state-of-the-art optical microscopy
• Specify, design, test, and integrate Optical modules with optical microscopy tool.
• Verify design compliance and module functionality as part of a tool while working closely with engineers from multiple disciplines such as system, mechanical, and control engineers.
• Collaborating with leading optical designers and leading companies for the design and manufacturing of high-end optics.

What you should have?

• B.Sc. or higher in Physics/Electrical Engineering.
• >3 Years of hands-on experience in optical laboratory work and optical measurements
• Good familiarity with the optical design process and design principles
• Matlab/Python experience

Advantage:

• >2 years experience as a physicist/optical or system engineer of an optical systems
• Good understanding of optics / optical systems/microscopy principles
• Knowledge of electro-optics characterization methods
• Track record of leading a development project
