About the Company:

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a global sales strategy for both B2B and B2C segments.

- Manage the sales team, set KPIs, and ensure sales targets are met.

- Build and maintain partnerships with institutional investors, traders, hedge funds, and corporate clients.

- Identify and attract new clients, develop unique value propositions, and expand into new markets.

- Oversee the sales cycle from initial negotiations to contract closing.

- Analyze market trends and competitors to refine the sales strategy.

- Work closely with the marketing, product, and technical teams to enhance customer experience and drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

- At least 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles (Sales Director, Head of Sales, or similar positions).

- Proven experience in selling complex financial and investment products.

- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.

- Strong ability to work with large corporate clients and secure strategic partnerships.

- Experience in managing sales teams and achieving ambitious business goals.

- Fluent English (C1+) for negotiations with international partners.

- Deep understanding of financial markets, the cryptocurrency industry, blockchain technology, and mining is a plus.
