Matti Rosenshine Architects is a creative, award-winning firm of approx. 20 architects based in Jerusalem.
We are currently seeking an in-house consultant to assist with all financial aspects of the business.
The role includes the following tasks:
- Preparation of fee proposals & monitoring fee agreements
- Monitoring of billing and accounting
- Monitoring of staff time sheets
- Regular meetings with principal, associates and office staff
- Preparation of annual budget, income stream and required financial reports
Requirements:
- Fluency in Hebrew and English
- Familiarity with financial and accounting matters
- Ability and experience with the required tasks
- Organized and accurate work
- The ability to work both independently and in a team
- The ability to be pro-active and take initiative
Position may be full or part time
Salary based on hours and experience
