• End-to-end sales management with business clients.
• Training and guiding new clients on how to use the system.
• Ongoing collaboration with other departments in the company (Customer Service, Technical Support, Sales).
• Identifying customer needs and offering personalized solutions to enhance service and improve business efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in telesales for business clients – mandatory.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Technical orientation.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in Hebrew.
• Customer-oriented, patient, and problem-solving skills.
