A world-leading banking group is looking for a Human Resources and payroll operation partner.
You will play a pivotal part in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our human resources and payroll function.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with robust analytical skills and for process optimization.
As an integral member of the team, you will contribute to creating a seamless employee experience while ensuring the smooth operation of our HR and payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Consolidation of monthly salary data coming from various sources: employees, overseas, suppliers, etc. Transferring information to payroll accountants and receiving pay slips and salary files for review.
- Performing monthly checks and controls on salary data according to global salary processes. Control updates in global system.
- Professional and operational management of new employee onboarding processes. Ongoing work with the Workday system.
- Working with pension arrangement company.
- Operational, professional and administrative management of Employee life cycle processes - for example, reserve, going on unpaid leave, etc.
- Preparing documents/letters for employees (e.g. employment confirmations, documents for obtaining a visa, etc.).
- Uploading invoices to the bank's system for suppliers who provide services to the HR department.
- Daily work in a computerized system that coordinates employee inquiries regarding salary, benefits, attendance, and sick leave.
- Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding processes.
Qualifications And Skills
- Relevant Bachelor's degree
- 2 years of previous experience in the worlds of operations and administration of payroll and payroll - a must!
- Excellent knowledge of Excel - a must!
- High level of English - a must! All correspondence with overseas and with employees is in English, phone calls in English, the employee will have ongoing interfaces with various departments abroad.
- Working with the Workday system - an advantage.
- Experience from a large international company - an advantage.
- Ability to work accurately, quickly and in a dynamic and sometimes stressful environment.
