About YouYou have experience as an agent in customer support, with strong communication skills, a solid understanding of CRM systems, and most importantly you are committed to providing excellent service.
You:
✔ Have experience working in customer service or a similar role.
✔ Are tech-savvy and able to quickly adapt to new tools and platforms.
✔ Possess excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities.
✔ Are a strong team player who works well in a collaborative setting.
✔ Have strong attention to detail and can multitask effectively.
✔ Are open to working occasional evening hours (not daily or extended shifts).
✔ (Bonus) Have experience in healthcare-related customer service roles.
Your Role & ResponsibilitiesAs a Customer Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient resolution of inquiries across multiple communication channels.
Your tasks will include:
🔹 Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
🔹 Handling customer concerns efficiently and knowing when to escalate issues.
🔹 Providing clear and professional communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
🔹 Working primarily from our office, with some flexibility for hybrid work.
🔹 Learning and adhering to company policies and best practices.
🔹 Utilizing tools such as Zendesk, Google Sheets, and CRM platforms.
🔹 Adopting AI-powered solutions to improve efficiency and service quality.
🔹 Collaborating with team members to report and resolve ongoing customer issues.
Requirements✅ Ability to work from both home and the office as required.
✅ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
✅ Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude.
✅ Prior experience in customer service or a related field.
✅ Native-level English proficiency (spoken and written).
