Integration Engineer

Job Description

§ This role forms part of a distributed, global infrastructure team that is responsible for the continued availability and support of a hybrid on-premise and cloud infrastructure. § Specifically, working within IT Strategy and Transformation, providing input to and delivering IT integrations to the Group, by drawing upon a wealth of practical and technical experience.

§ The role will be expected to work within a fast-pace environment, with high degrees of ambiguity arising from a period of significant change.

Job Profile

§ Demonstrate extensive experience working as a cloud/infrastructure engineer/senior engineer or in similar IT roles.

§ Hands on experience of having performed Exchange migrations between organisations or M365 migrations between tenants.

§ Hands on experience of having performed migrations of Windows Servers to Azure IaaS.

§ Extensive experience working with multi-site and multi forest Active Directory environments, group policy and DNS.

§ Extensive experience working with common Microsoft cloud technologies such as Azure, M365, Azure AD & Intune.

§ Extensive experience working with Windows desktop, including all levels of troubleshooting.

§ Good knowledge of networking - Layer2/3, dynamic routing, MPLS and firewall management.

§ Good knowledge of IT security practices and the implementation of tools that provide MFA, DLP, proxy services, encryption, event logging and alerting.

§ Able to provide input to, and technical solutions to business requirements.

Desirable Experience

§ Able to package, script and deploy applications via SCCM including standard image build.

§ Good knowledge of Citrix.

§ Good knowledge of VMware. §

Experience with Email archiving solutions such as Mimecast or Enterprise Vault.

§ Knowledge of identity management solutions such as Okta.
