About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic AI Lead to spearhead our AI transformation journey. This individual will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the AI strategy, implementing AI-driven solutions across the organization, and driving cultural change to make AI a core competency at Phibro Animal Health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the enterprise AI strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead the implementation of AI projects, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and business impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, supply chain, and commercial teams, to identify AI opportunities and drive adoption.
• Build and manage an AI team, including internal experts and external partners.
• Oversee AI governance, ethics, and compliance to ensure responsible AI deployment.
• Stay ahead of AI advancements, industry trends, and regulatory landscapes to drive continuous innovation.
• Foster an AI-driven culture through education, training, and change management initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience leading AI strategy and implementation in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML technologies, data science, and analytics.
• Experience managing AI projects from concept to deployment.
• Ability to work with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive AI adoption.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
