About the Role: This is a full-time Trading & Customer Service position at altshare, based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel with flexibility for some remote work. We are seeking a technically savvy individual with a strong drive for results. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn the ins and outs of trading and fintech through a comprehensive training program — no prior experience in trading is required!

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer support inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain phone etiquette and enhance the overall customer experience
• Contribute to sales, onboarding, and training clients
• Provide technical and professional support
• Guide and instruct team members

Job Details:

• Full-time position — Immediate start!
• Work conducted in English and Hebrew
• Integrated morning and evening shifts:
• Morning: 09:00–17:00 (IL)
• Evening: 15:00–23:00 (IL)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Customer Support and Customer Service skills
• Experience in maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction
• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette
• Strong focus on Customer Experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Experience in the fintech or technology industry is a plus
• Fluency in English and Hebrew is preferred
