As VP of Marketing at Fireberry, you’ll drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand awareness. You'll oversee digital marketing, content, and demand generation while collaborating across teams. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who is ready to take Fireberry to be global.

As a VP Marketing in Fireberry you will…

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition in line with company objectives.
• Lead a small team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentoring
• Oversee the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns, including content marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and marketing automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Sales, Product Management, and Customer Success, to align marketing initiatives with overall company strategy and drive revenue growth.
• Utilize market research and customer insights to identify target segments, understand customer needs, and develop effective positioning and messaging strategies.
• Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and analyze campaign performance to optimize return on investment.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and recommend strategic adjustments to the marketing approach.
• Oversee the production of marketing collateral, including website content, sales presentations, case studies, and whitepapers, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry influencers, media outlets, and strategic partners to enhance brand visibility and generate positive PR opportunities.
• Drive customer advocacy and loyalty programs to increase customer retention, referrals, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Monitor and analyze marketing metrics, provide regular reports to the executive team, and use data-driven insights to continuously improve marketing performance.

To be a VP Marketing in Fireberry you need…

• 10+ years of experience leading marketing teams, of which 5+ in SaaS companies - a must!
• Proven track record in leading global marketing strategies, preferably in SaaS or tech-driven companies.
• Strong leadership skills – ability to build, manage, and scale high-performing marketing teams.
• Expertise in digital marketing, SaaS tools, and marketing automation platforms.
• Data-driven mindset – strong analytical skills and decision-making based on performance insights.
• Experience managing and optimizing multi-channel marketing budgets.
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Bachelor’s degree – a must.
• Creative, hands-on, and results-oriented – thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
