Payroll Accountant and Bookkeeper

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly payroll process with Hilan (outsource payroll services provider)
• Manage monthly employee attendance data, onboarding, and offboarding and gather employee reimbursement information
• Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve any discrepancies
• Manage bookkeeping for our IL entity – bank reconciliations, vendor invoices, credit cards, reconcile accounts
• Assist in month-end closing process
• Provide support for day-to-day finance operations, special projects, and ad-hoc requests as needed.
  
  

• 2+ years of payroll and bookkeeping experience, managing payroll for 100-200 employees and ongoing booking
• IL payroll accountant and bookkeeper certified, or equivalent
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Sap Business One experience - advantage
• Understanding of Israeli payroll laws, taxes, benefits, and regulations
• Accurate and detail-oriented with a high level of analytical and professional skills
• Responsible and trustworthy with sensitive information
• English – good level, reading and writing
