Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead the transition of the company’s flagship product to its next-generation technology, from strategic planning to execution.
• Define and measure success metrics, allocate resources, and establish project methodologies, frameworks, and tools.
• Work closely with the CEO, product managers, and development teams to define scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business and customer needs.
• Manage project resources, including budgeting and human resources allocation.
• Improve project management processes, set standards, ensure projects stay on track, and support product and project managers in risk and opportunity management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, etc.)
• At least 7 years of experience managing complex projects, including budgeting, timelines, and resource allocation
• Proven leadership skills, including matrix management
• Experience working with development teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget
• Strategic vision with the ability to anticipate project challenges and mitigate risks
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• A solid business understanding combined with high technological orientation and a forward-looking approach to building advanced technological infrastructures
